Many students start their English journey with a lot of energy. They study for five hours on a Saturday, but then they don't touch a book for the rest of the week. This is called "Intensity," and while it feels productive, it is actually the least effective way to learn.
The human brain needs repetition and exposure to acquire a new language. When you study 15 to 20 minutes every single day, you are telling your brain that English is a vital part of your life. This habit builds "neural pathways" that make recall much faster.
If you want to reach fluency, stop looking for a "magic pill" or a 24-hour marathon study session. Build a small, sustainable habit. Listen to a podcast while commuting, read one page of a book before bed, or use an app during lunch. Small steps lead to big results. consistency in language learning
